The candidates, just like our development batches, need to have at least 2-3 years of past development experience. They need to showcase their expertise during the vetting process, which makes sure the program will be beneficial to them.
You need to be familiar with at least one programming language to effectively develop the tool, utility or library you’ll work on. This can be Python, JavaScript or another language you believe is a good fit for your needs.
