1. Introduction
BlueWave applications are open-source, self-hosted applications developed by BlueWave Labs. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Software.
2. License
BlueWave applications are licensed under the AGPLv3 License. By using the Software, you agree to comply with the terms of this license. This license allows you to use, modify, and distribute the Software under certain conditions. Please review the AGPLv3 License for more details.
3. Use of the Software
- Self-Hosted Deployment: BlueWave applications are designed to be deployed on your own servers. You are responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of the Software on your server(s).
- Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Software.
- No Warranty: The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. BlueWave Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall BlueWave Labs, its contributors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Modification of the Software
You may modify the Software in accordance with the terms of the AGPLv3 License. If you distribute modified versions of the Software, you must also distribute the source code for those modifications and comply with the AGPLv3 License requirements.
6. Termination
Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies of the Software in your possession.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Software shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
