What does membership include?
The only professional development membership that brings together the three key pillars you need to accelerate your career.
1. Owning and developing a real product
- Join a team of 5-7 product experts including developers, UI/UX designers and product managers.
- Work on the product you’ll be proud of.
- Meet with your group, and other product development groups physically every month.
- Develop your platform using Agile.
- Write a blog post every month.
Note that each team member is expected to dedicate 20 hours per work for the product’s quality and the project’s continuity.
2. Soft skills and technology trainings
You are expected to get a 30-hour training to make sure you can build new knowledge on top of what you currently have.
- Get 2 soft skill trainings for free. Available trainings include resume writing skills, interview preparation, Business English 101, Teamwork and time management.
- Get 2 technical skills training for free. Available trainings include but not limited to: Frontend development, backend development, UI designer, data analyst, DevOps and SEO/marketing.
- Completion certificates from trusted training providers.
3. Access to mentors
We work hand-in-hand with mentors from top tech companies like Apple, Google and Amazon to help you with your questions, and actually prepare you for your next job.
