The last 4 months at BlueWave Labs have been remarkable. We have 2 grads already, the team has grown to 25 developers strong, and 3 apps have almost reached the minimum viable product point.
As we gear up for growth, we organized a company get-together event in downtown Toronto so everyone can meet with each other.
The event kicked off with two hours of insightful presentations, where team leads shared their best practices in software development. This was followed by a retrospective session, where the team discussed potential improvement areas.
The discussions ranged from the latest trends in software development to improving our best practices, providing everyone with fresh perspectives and actionable takeaways.
We finished the day with a delightful dinner, where the conversations continued in a more relaxed setting 🙂
It was a wonderful chance to strengthen our bonds at the BlueWave Labs and enjoy each other’s company outside the usual work environment.
Together, we are ready to take BlueWave Labs to new levels. Let’s move forward and aim higher!
